My professional approach blends therapeutic skill with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere allowing me to focus on improving physical and mental well-being.

Session Lengths
60 minutes – full body or deep focus
90 minutes – extended, deeply restorative
120 minutes – ultimate relaxation & reset
