My relaxed studio is open for clients to be spoilt for 60 or 90 minute session.
Benefits of a full body/hot stone or Swedish massages include relieving of muscle pain and stiffness in the body and can reduces stress levels in most people. Massage may also help manage or reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
I use a calm, slow and relaxing full-body massage the 60 min or 90 min versions includes face, head and feet massage using movements and warm aromatic oils and creams that spoil both your body and soul and finishing with a relaxing face mask.
