Description

Over 10 years’ experience as a massage therapist. I am qualified as a holistic massage therapist in London, specialising in Swedish massage with Japanese massage essence and aromatherapy.

With my background in nursing, I have always been interested in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, and I bring my understanding of the human body into my massage treatments.

My aromatherapy massage is based on Swedish massage, combined with beautiful essential oil scents and effective techniques such as trigger points and deep tissue massage, as well as gentle touch to help release stress and tension.

I adapt the pressure and techniques to each individual client, creating a treatment that is particularly suited to tired, stressed bodies. My massage offers a unique blend of Eastern and Western techniques.

My manner is polite, calm and attentive, and my aim is to provide a relaxing and comfortable experience tailored to each client’s individual needs.

A massage with Sam started with a discussion of the oils that she would like to use. She always asked for my approval of her choice which I was happy to give. I play a lot of sport and the massage I received was always very beneficial to my problem areas, the neck and shoulders and also my back. It was remarkable how strong she could be in working on the area around my spine. The massage was always blissfully relaxing and Sam would almost have to wake me up at the end. Sam has a unique ability to combine a wide variety of massage techniques in the course of a therapeutic session. Remarkably the techniques ,including Swedish, Japanese,Acupressure originating in classic Chinese Medicine are combined effortlessly with Aromatherapy to render a holistic sense of well-being to the patient. Culminating in firm and invigorating head massage, linked to a deep understanding of the structure of shoulders and neck the massage seemed to reach and bring together the mind the body and the emotions. Sam explained that she uses her intuitive healing ability to adapt the Treatment according to the requirements of the individual patient.In this she is in my opinion extremely gifted. After the two hour session I felt relaxed and invigorated.
