High Quality Vintage Cast Brass Light set.
Two 3 arm ceiling light chandeliers and six matching wall lights.
All matching in Georgian style.

Lights of this quality would cost hundreds of pounds new.

Description
Excellent quality light fittings.
Made of heavyweight solid cast brass - see photo 9.
Arms are hollow cast brass and cable is threaded through.
Lovely finish.
Believed that the brass is protected with lacquer so protected from tarnishing.
Very elegant design - simple but attractive. Classic Georgian style.
Uses bayonet cap (BC) bulbs either LED or filament or filament to your choice.
Designed so that the bayonet bases can be concealed with candle sleeves / stems / tubes. They slide onto plastic bases. The sleeves and a few of the bases need to be renewed. search candle sleeves for cheap replacements.
Could be fitted with lampshades if preferred.
Unused for some years as our current house doesn't suit the style. Stored carefully.
Selling because we need the space.

The two ceiling three-armed lights are 48cm diameter and the main light without the chain hanger is 33 cm high.
The wall lights have similar castings.

Condition
Brass in excellent condition with no cracks, splits etc.
All joints are solid and firm.
Finish requires polishing or relacquering.
Candle risers & holders require renewal.
Cables not inspected or tested but look good.
