Celtic Angel Irish dancing dress Age~13

Stunning bright green and black Celtic Angel Irish dancing dress.
Fitted my tall 13 year old. I would say it’s a 12-15 year old dress. The measurements can be found below. The dress features an intricate Celtic design with sparkling stones throughout and a layered black skirt.
It has been well cared as there are no rips or tears. Here is full transparency of the issues with it:
-There a couple of stones missing from the neckline and from the skirt although would be easily replaced with bought ones
There are fake tans stains inside the dress as shown in photos but aren’t visible when on. Possibly removable by dry clean

Approximate measurements: Bust 32”, Waist 28”, Hips 33”, Shoulder 12.5”, Sleeve Length 24”, Dress Length (shoulder to hem) 32”.
