Description
Sweet little vintage barrel! This was bought from an antique store around 30 years ago and has been used as a novelty side table, but I’m looking at downsizing so am hoping it will find a new home where it will be enjoyed. Beautiful original historic item (not a replica) that would also make a great plant stand, photography prop or staging item. I have no idea on it’s exact age, but it looks very, very old!
One of the bottom metal bands is missing and one at the other end is loose, but this is otherwise in absolutely solid condition with no loose boards, cracks or bad smell. It still has the original cork, and a small hole in the side where a tap would once have been.
Lovely smaller size at 17.5” tall, 9.5” across top surface and 39” circumference around middle.
