Brand new. Bought pair of anti allergy pillows and pillow protectors but only needed one of each. Its a good soft pillow very comfortable. Same with the anti allergy pillow protector. This is thick quilted type not cheap flimsy slips. Also brand new Ikea white pillow case in packaging that was 6£. So price is for all 3
