Working order but batteries poor. Used items, some signs of use and age, scuffs and scratches, see pictures.

The original batteries do not hold a charge for long, although they had enough power to use when left on charge. Each handset takes 2 AAA NIMH rechargeable batteries, they don't have to be Panasonic ones, those look like the original batteries still in there.

These were used in a business environment until last year when fiber was installed and they were replaced by VOIP ethernet phones. The BT business hub has no built in analogue telephone adaptor, but the BT Home Hub does have a working ATA socket and you can plug analog telephones like these into it directly and use as before. On a fiber connection if you don't have a router with an ATA socket, you can use a separate ATA adaptor unit. These are analog landline DECT phones, connected like all phones used to be until recently, and although they still can be used with the latest fiber connections, they do not plug directly into an ethernet port.
