I believe this to be a Stovax reproduction Victorian-style cast iron fireplace with tiled insert and solid wood mantel.
Reproduction period fireplace featuring a Stovax cast iron insert with decorative floral tiles, complete with original grate and ashpan cover. The surround is a substantial solid wood mantel with classic Victorian proportions. Suitable for restoration or use as a decorative focal point in a period interior. Overall condition is good with age-related wear to the insert that can be refinished with stove polish if desired.
Will be professionally removed on Thursday.
