Description
An analog multimeter from 1968 with the instruction booklet used for measuring electrical properties like current, voltage, and resistance.
Design:
The meter features a bakelite case, a single rotary switch for range selection, and terminals for connecting leads. Only the black lead is included.
Measurements:
It can measure DC voltage (e.g., 100mV to 1000V), AC voltage (e.g., 10V to 1000V), DC current (e.g., 0.1mA to 1000mA), and resistance (e.g., 0-20 kΩ and 0-2 MΩ).
Sensitivity:
It has a sensitivity of 10,000 ohms per volt on DC ranges and 1,000 ohms per volt on AC ranges from 100V upwards.
Functionality:
It includes an "Ohms Zero" knob for adjusting resistance measurements and compensating for battery levels.
