Just has one of the lock pieces missing, so there's only. I think the plastic bit where the food is stored is stained? Maybe from the sun? Unsure
▪ I don't really understand it works, or how the birds are supposed to eat from it?
▪ I have cleaned it, but you might want to still clean it?

▪ I think it's a bird feeder? Or for another wild animal?
▪ Total length = 20.5cm, with the storage bit being 11.5cm
