Shepherds Hut with En Suite & Internet Connectivity

Lovely shepherds hut with ensuite shower/sink/loo. Electric programmable heater in living space. Inside and outside lighting. NO cooking ability as we used for extra bedroom for visiting grown children in the garden. Hardwood double doors and window in short end. Wood laminate flooring. (See specification photo).

Pictures show furnished and unfurnished. No furuniture included. Made to order in 2021 and delivered by crane lorry - as per picutres! We moved to Somerset last year and unfortunately can't accommodate it in our new garden (although we tried!) so it is currently in storage in Worcestershire.

Requires hardstanding (we had two concrete channels laid and levelled). We ran water from our home and installed a small septic tank for the toilet, however, you could easily plumb to your own sewage if close enough to your property. We ran electricity and internet cables also from our home. Can be used as garden room if you don't want to plumb or want to remove bathroom items and use en-suite area for storage.
