Description
High-quality log cabin from Lugarde, professionally installed in November 2021. The project was handled by Quality Garden Buildings.
Within 2.5 metres high, so not needing any planning.
The cabin has 44mm logs and insulation in the floor and ceiling. Double glazed windows, and a proper secure door handle/lock. Have been using as a comfortable working space throughout the year, with a small heater in winter.
The cabin/logs are raised onto a bearer frame made of pressure treated timber, which is still in good condition.
Reason for sale is an upgrade to a larger garden room in the same place.
Available immediately, and looking for buyer to dismantle on collection, though I could lend a hand if needed.
There are some extras that I fitted, and will be included:
- marble effect click-fit floor tiles.
- window/door blinds.
- Wall mounted remote control PTC heater.
