I am a Chef at Spring Restaurant, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Royal Agricultural University graduate. I firmly believe in using food as a vehicle to express culture through the quintessential human ritual of communal dining. My style of cooking is rooted in utilising fresh seasonal British produce to curate menus made with love.
The services I offer include dinner parties, corporate events, and wedding cakes including services I like to call seasonal pantry stocking. Seasonal pantry stocking include elderflower cordials, jams and pickles. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who want someone to assist them with maintaining a healthy lifestyle whilst enjoying delicious homecooked meals. This part of the services I offer consists of providing you with healthy homemade options such as plant based milk, sugarfree cereals and wholesome gluten-free bread.
My life truly revolves around food and sharing that love with people fills me with joy.
