I have used the mat for over a year hence it has few signs of wear, although it is made from a very tough rubber material so it has plenty of life into it.
This mat is ideal for people with an intermediate level in yoga because of its grip.
The block is still wrapped, brand new.
The strap and the pad have barely been used.
I'm selling these half price for what I paid.
