This is an entry level table, and is foldable.
Comes with ankle pads, strap for safe inversion, metal frame for strength, non-skid floor stabilizers.
A simple, safe and effective way to treat a number of issues, including (so it is claimed - I'm not a doctor), decompression of spine for back pain, relief of pressure on vertebrae discs and ligaments, stimulating blood circulation to relieve stiff muscles.
My father bought it for my wife, after his cured his back issue. She doesn't like hanging upside down, it turns out.
