After 2 knee replacements, i got this bike to improve my range of motion in my knee joints. It was fabulous. JLL IC300 indoor cycling bike, it's been well looked after and is in good working order.
It's a sturdy bike, perfect for home workouts, with adjustable seat and handlebars to suit different heights.
Great for getting your cardio in, even when the weather isn't cooperating.
