REDUCED – JRC TERRY HEARN XL UNHOOKING MAT, WITH RAISED EDGE, THICK BASE AND VELCRO CARRY HANDLES.
Get ready for the new fishing season. This is a fantastic / strong / tough / large / Carp Mat with a very thick beanie -filled edge and thick base. The thickest mat that JRC made at the time and able to take any size of UK and most European carp. Rated by many large tackle companies as the best on the market. Lots of life left in it still . There is a raised edge to aid stopping the fish moving off the mat (see dimensions below and photos) and a velcro fastening , near the carry handles. It also has pegging points to stop wind blowing it away and two fastening buckles, which still operate although one has a small edge missing. This is ideal for positioning under a weighing tripod, in a correct weigh-station set up. It can stack flat on a barrow and has no need to be constructed like some modern mats have to be – just put it down on the bank and it is ready for use. There is a small repair on it (see photos), which is hardly noticeable.
It is one of the top / best ones made, certainly at the time brought, very strong – made by JRC. Some anglers even use it for a handy dog bed !
