REDUCED – JRC HI CARE XL UNHOOKING MAT, WITH SURROUNDING EDGE AND VELCRO TOP COVER. USED ONLY A COUPLE OF TIMES.
Get ready for the new fishing season. This is a fantastic / strong / tough / large / Carp Mat / cradle, with a thick padded base. The largest that JRC made at the time and able to take any size of UK and most European carp. Rated by many large tackle companies as the best on the market. Only used a couple of times. There is a raised edge (see dimensions below and photos) and a velcro fastening top cover, with rubber mesh centre- so any carp is completely retained safely and cannot flip off the mat. Top held down by 6 velcro attachments. This mat is ideal for positioning under a weighing tripod, in a correct weigh-station set up. It also has carry handles, can stack flat on a barrow and has no need to be constructed like some modern mats have to be – just put it down on the bank and it is ready for use. Bottom of base also has strong webbing strap cross-supports and rubberised mesh- so it can also drain freely of water.
There is 3 holes in the mesh of the top cover, this is so small that it does not notice very much / at all when mat is on the bank. Also no carp can flip out of it and it does not affect the function in any way – see photos.
It is one of the top / best ones made, certainly at the time brought, very strong – made by JRC. Some anglers even use it for sitting on when travelling without a seat or even a handy dog bed !

This was originally on sale for £119.99 a few years ago. I have seen cheap / flimsy models for sale for around £ 85, with no top cover. Will sell for the bargain price of £ 40 or near offer. The modern equivalent is £239.99, which I have just seen. Any offer will be seriously considered; as need to sell. Buyer collects, payment by Cash on collection. Could possibly do a local delivery, for fuel money, after a deposit is paid. I can post it only if full postage price paid by buyer in advance. Otherwise buyer collects, payment by Cash on collection preferred.
