We hired this business for an event and paid £647 for professional balloon décor, including 25 table balloon arrangements and LED lighting in an agreed colour scheme. Unfortunately, the service delivered fell significantly below what was contracted and expected. The supplier arrived late, none of the table balloons were completed to an acceptable standard (we agreed on 25, they completed 5 2 inch sized balloons), several balloons were collapsing or falling over, and the venue was left with visible mess on the floor. The LED lighting provided was also not the agreed colour. In addition, the supplier attended with assistants who appeared to be children rather than trained professional staff, which raised concerns about professionalism and service quality. We have photographic evidence documenting the above and attempted to resolve the matter privately. However, the resolution offered did not reflect the level of non-delivery. Based on our experience, we would advise others to exercise caution and to not pay prior to the service being completed.
