Posting for under a monthDYU A5 14” Folding Electric Bike – FAULTY
Victoria, London
£200
Description
IMPORTANT: This is a faulty e-bike with a damaged motor cable, hence the low price. The battery and display power on, but the motor doesn’t run due to the cable damage near the hub. I tried repairing the wire using electrical tape, but it didn’t bring the motor back to life, so it will need a proper repair or a new cable. You can see it in the photos :) Ideal for someone who can repair or use it for parts — once fixed, it’s a brilliant little folding e-bike.
Used and in good cosmetic condition overall with normal wear. Main fault: motor cable damaged where it enters the hub (motor not running, speedometer not working). All other electronics (battery, display) work perfectly. Visible electrical tape repair attempt on the cable.
