Mid century Danish teak bureau desk/ drinks cabinet with bookcase and drawers

Stunning Danish mid century teak bookcase, bureau desk and drawers system, attributed to Sejling Skabe of Denmark. Because the small shelves inside the bureau part can be removed, the until would also work well as a drinks cabinet. The unit is freestanding and doesn't require attaching to the wall.

It is rare to find this combination of units; the drawers are more commonly found.

The bookcase / bureau part can be separated from the drawers, for ease of transport. They sit very neatly and securely without extra fixings. The top shelf of the bookcase is adjustable, as well as the two small shelves inside the bureau part.

The drawers are all clean with minimal signs of use and run beautifully. Original key is in place and the lock works.

The whole unit is in near perfect original condition, having been in one home from new and lovingly looked after. Very faint marks on the very low part at the front, otherwise nothing to mention but two marks inside the bureau where the hinges meet the wall.

Measurements are in one of the images; additionally the desk height from floor is 70cm and depth is 25cm from the drawer fronts. The desk area is 39cm deep.
