Description
This is a rare find and wonderful example of a George II walnut corner armchair that at auction could fetch as much as £1000 - see photo showing achieved auction price.
The chair has a refurbished padded cream velvet drop in seat. It has a yoke-shaped top rail and arched back, above a pair of vase-shaped solid splats between Tuscan columns supports. It stands on three truncheon legs, and one central cabriole leg.
