1982 Mini Pickup project

QUESTIONS OR OFFERS - PLEASE CALL ME

Mini pickup rebuilt several years ago using a later mini shell and rear parts from the original pickup hence no external hinges and bigger doors - now in poor condition. The owner wanted extra legroom so the B post is a couple of inches wider than a standard pickup - see pics. The front scuttle panel was retained with the original chassis number.
This is a project so I can't list every defect so zoom in on the pics. Comes with some random bits such as wiper motor + mechanism, good front carpet, steering rack, passenger door.

GOOD BITS
Starts and drives fine in all gears and sounds good. New points + plugs.
998 A-Plus high compression Metro spec ( 99HA06 ) engine with flat top pistons, 10.3:1 compression ratio, HIF carb + heated manifold. Should be a 3.6CWP. Google "minispares Metro spec engine"
Steel removeable front - undo 4 x bolts and it flips forward. Headlights are on bullet connectors.
8.4 inch front discs
Good front subframe
Rear subframe was new but now covered in surface rust.
2 ignition keys + door / fuel filler key.
Good roof, gutters and doorsteps, Sides fairly straight with some minor dents.
Load bed frame is good. Underfloor frame is 100x50 and 25x25 box section ( needs blasting + painting ).
LCB manifold.
V5 in my name : Red 1982 Austin Morris 95L Pick-up, 1 previous owner
MOT and road tax exempt. LEZ zone compliant.

BAD bits
Needs a full replacement floor plus crossmember and sills.
Drivers side inner wing needs repair or replacement
Rear load bed skin is very thin - needs replaced with at least 2mm sheet or a ribbed panel.
No fuel tank fitted - running on a 5 litre can at present
No rear glass but the rubber seal is there.
Rear lights not wired
No handbrake cables fitted
Exhaust is a twin box system made up from several sections and badly fitted.
No seats or interior trim.
Needs replacment doors or skins at least ( All MK3 to MK7 doors will fit )
Tailgate fabricated from box section + sheet steel - doesn't fit properly.
No bonnet catch
Brakes need a full overhaul. Still holding fluid and pipes look ok.
Tyres cracked

TRANSPORT
Length is 3.3m overall. Width is 1.41m - will fit between the wheel arches on some Luton low loaders. I've got loading ramps and concrete block for a seat !
