Description
A rare matching pair of antique genuine Nichols Chinese art deco rugs. These are incredibly good quality by the famous Nichols producers in China in the 1920-30’s and being cleared at a good price to make space.
The large rug is unusually large at 400cm x 300cm. And even more unusually comes with a matching smaller rug at 172cm x 90cm.
The rugs are a wonderful vibrant golden colour with purple and teal floral depictions.
The rugs are in great condition with some of the tassels having been lost, but generally good condition.
These were in my father estate for many years but are now an heirloom that is no longer desired.
Collection only from near Godalming. Cash or preferably bank transfer on collection.
