Refurbished NS Bikes Capitol.
I cleaned and tidied this up a couple of years ago meaning to ride it but it's sat gathering dust since. There's quite a bit of touch up on the frame and bars and theres a small dent on the top tube that I'd not noticed before. The cranks and fork have been resprayed and stickered. New bearings in front hub. The forks hold air. They're a bit clunky as they don't have any rebound.
It will need the rear hub repairing as the internals are not the best. It'd probably be less expensive to buy a new rear wheel.
The frame is rim brake only. Tyres are both new I think.

The bike probably looks a bit better in the pics than in reality!
