Description
Brand new, but with a manufacturing fault where the carcass isn't 100% true.
This means there is a point in the rotation of the tyre that has a visible 'wobble' as if the rim isn't true, despite being fully and correctly seated.
Unfortunately I had the tyre in my spares holding for a while before mounting it, so was unable to return it to the vendor.
