Metal frame - sturdy enough for my 6ft son! Clean throughout, good foam mattress. Drop on nuetral cover shown is machine washable. Cushion included is the original one. Can find you clean pillow and mattress cover if wanted (no extra charge) but can't help you lift it out. Cash on collection please.
