My experience with Zena was excellent, she is a skilful professional, respectful, empathetic, attentive, never judgmental. I really liked her combination of empathy and practicality. Zena enabled me to develop deep insight and reflection, helping me to see problems/situations from a different perspective and with coping strategies in my relationships, and confidence. Zena has showed flexibility about hours. I would like to thank her very much. I highly recommend her!

I suffered ptsd after years of abuse. I got in touch with zena she was absolutely fantastic she saved me I would definitely recommend her 10/10 she was my guardian angel 😇 love Pauline xxx

This was life changing I would highly recommend Zena. I was sceptical initially but after the first session my life improved so much. I’d recommend giving this a go to anyone who asks .

I was made to feel very relaxed. I had a session to calm my mind and help me switch off at night. The process was talked through so I knew what to expect. I came away feeling very positive with ways to help me stop my mind. Thoroughly recommend.
