I am a male counsellor and believe, so often therapy and taking care of your mental health are put on the back burner and aren't considered an essential part of life but taking that first step and making it a priority can make such a positive difference.
I can help you if you are struggling with your mental health including personal issues, anxiety, depression, abuse, addiction and relationship difficulties. I specialise in addiction, trauma and relationship conflict including work place bullying, difficulty interacting with colleagues, personal isolation, intimate relationships, breakups, friendships, major life decisions, social phobias, depression and low self-esteem. Counselling & Psychotherapy sessions can lead towards reducing stress and increasing your productivity and self-confidence as well as teach you how to understand and manage these issues yourself afterwards where its my aim to assist you be the best the can possibly be!

I’d been to therapy before and had preconceived ideas on what it would be like, and was worried I would have the same experience. I was so wrong, Phil is so down to earth and just a genuinely nice guy! With my preconceptions I thought I’d be speaking to a robot and that most of the talking would have to come from me and that made me really uncomfortable! Each time going I felt more and more comfortable and actually enjoyed going, it was like talking to a Freind by the end of my sessions and I truly believe I am a better version of myself because of it! Thank you so much Phil, would recommend him to the highest standard!

Phil is a very laid back, genuine guy. I have visited him in his dedicated therapy room and due to studying have also met with him online. Phil is not only very flexible in how he helps but is really easy to talk to making the process both relaxed and productive. I can highly recommend him and will be using his services again in the future.
