Thank god I met Gill! Not only did she provide numerous tips and very practical advice packing so much into our session but she was also kind, understanding and her enthusiasm to help me make changes really made me feel like I could take control. She had so much knowledge and could identify and explain my eating behaviours which made me understand why I was making poor choices and how I could change. It's a thumbs up from me!

Gillian is a breath of fresh air. The focus is on tweaks to your existing routine, with a focus on whole foods. There was no banned foods but a sustainable approach to building a healthier but realistic routine. I loved the healthier alternative approach to staple ingredients or favourites. This is not about deprivation, starving yourself or monitoring and weighing. I found the session so empowering, tailored to my stage and aims and delivered with such respect and support. I would highly recommend that you work with Gillian to help you on a journey to better health

I started my journey with Gill because after many years of following diets I still felt like I wasn’t 100% independent and had to follow a diet otherwise I didn’t know what to do. I wanted to try a new approach to food, but especially a new approach with my body. In only three months Gill has changed my mindset and my life, I know now how to balance my diet in the right way and choose nourishing foods even on my lazy days. She is a great listener and has this sweet and positive approach that really helped me and I’m sure she will help others. I am forever grateful to have met her and all the things that she taught me! If you are thinking of being more mindful about food and more grateful about your body, she is the right person!
