We are recruiting a Training & Development Manager for a fast-growing casual food hospitality group in Central London.
This is a rare opportunity to design and launch a brand-new training academy across both Front of House and Back of House teams, creating clear development pathways from induction through to leadership.
The Role
Build and implement a structured training academy across multiple sitesCreate clear career development pathways and management programmesDeliver engaging training sessions for operational teams and managersWork closely with senior leadership to strengthen the employee journeyChampion culture, standards and people development across the businessThe Ideal Candidate
