Software Developer
Location: London
Day Rate: £595 per day (Umbrella, inside IR35, based on an 8-hour day)
Clearance: Live & transferrable SC required, ideally Home Office SC
Start Date: Subject to SC transfer
We're looking for a full-stack Java Software Engineer to join a fast-growing team delivering high-impact solutions for UK Government and Law Enforcement sectors. You'll work in agile, multi-disciplinary teams solving complex problems with cutting-edge technologies, while contributing to software solutions you can be proud of.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions in Java, React, PostGres, Kafka, ElasticSearch, AWS, Ansible, REST, Docker, API Gateways, JavaScript, Mongo, and SQL.
Work hands-on across the full stack while ensuring delivery pipelines, NFRs, and industry best practices are met.
Collaborate with enterprise teams in an agile environment, shaping technical solutions and mentoring peers.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a full-stack Java developer, with hands-on knowledge of modern frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and enterprise software development pipelines.

Live & transferrable SC clearance essential (Home Office SC preferred).
