Seasonal Chocolate Makers & Packers required

We’re looking for two special people to join our small artisan chocolate company to assist with a busy summer period. In the last year, the demand for our Scottish chocolate range has grown and we need help getting all our chocolate wrapped, packed and realised into the wild. This is a seasonal role until mid Sept but could turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.

There are two roles available:

Chocolate Packer (full or part time role available)

This role will involve working in the clean room, wrapping and packing chocolate bars on our wrapping machine and packing loose chocolates. Adding Best Before stickers and packing consumer orders. You need to be a team player who's happy to work in a busy workplace where standing for some of the packing jobs is needed. Full training given. Most important thing for you to have is a good attitude and be a quick learner.

Assistant Chocolatier (full or part time available)

Working with the Quirky chocolatiers, you will assist in the making of loose chocolates and bars. Roles include prepping ingredients, piping chocolates, cleaning trolleys and equipment, and ensuring all HACCP procedures are followed as well as assisting with the packing and wrapping of chocolate when required. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a kitchen, have good personal hygiene and have a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.
