Job Title: Modelling and Simulation Engineer (Outside IR35)

Contract Length: 12 Months

Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid Working)

Clearance: SC Cleared - Essential (Sole British National)

Rate: Up to £100 per hour Outside IR35

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Modelling and Simulation Engineer to join our clients team for a challenging and high-impact project. You will be working on the design, modelling, and analysis of complex systems using MATLAB / Simulink. This is a hybrid working role requiring an active SC Clearance, active DV Clearance is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Model and analyse complex systems and their interactions using MATLAB / Simulink tools.

Develop physics-based models of systems.

Apply system architecture, engineering principles, and processes.

Create and maintain test benches for simulation and validation.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in MATLAB / Simulink.

Experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE).

Background in Electronics, Physics, or Mathematics.

Desirable Skills:

Simulink HDL Coder / Embedded Coder.

Digital Signal Processing (DSP).

Hardware-in-the-loop experience.
