Description
MUST have demonstrable Taxi dispatch experience (Please only apply if you have experience)
Professionally answering phone calls from customers
Managing resource capacity by ensuring the efficient allocation of bookings, to drivers
Willing to learn and can easily grasp new I.T systems (experience using CMS will be beneficial)
Exemplary customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (touch-typing preferred)
Self-motivated; hard-working; with an eye for detail and positive attitude
Trustworthy and reliable, as will be required to work on your own occasionally
