We have over 25 years property management experience between the team and provide property Lettings and Management services aswell as Property Maintenance services to landlords throughout the UK.

Our usual charge for full property management is a fixed 5% per month with the initial set up fee £99. This includes finding and referencing a tenant.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They are very unprofessional and dishonest!!! Once they have taken your money, they don't bother themselves to do the job they have agreed for. I used this company for the end of tenancy cleaning and I trusted them. We had agreed before the payment that if I was not happy after the cleaning, they will restart again. When I found out that the property had not been properly cleaned, I tried several time to contact them and they never come back to me. DO NOT HIRE THEM
