I called Prestige one day before to request an urgent cleaning and they were available the next day. Two people came, they were kind, attentive and ever so polite. They cleaned exactly the way I wanted as well. My house is now super clean and lovely. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Thanks

The cleaners arrived significantly later than scheduled. I was advised that they would attend at 11:00am; however, after no arrival, I contacted them at approximately 11:30am to confirm, and they eventually arrived at 12:00pm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services for an end-of-tenancy clean. Despite engaging them primarily to clean the carpets in both bedrooms, the standard of work was unsatisfactory, as visible stains remained following the cleaning. As reflected in the inventory report, the property was left to an average domestic cleaning standard. As a result, I was billed by my previous landlord. In addition, certain areas were not cleaned at all, including the utility cupboard, washing machine, and dishwasher. I was also informed by the security guard that the cleaners left a bin bag containing rubbish in my allocated parking space. While their services may be suitable for routine weekly or monthly cleaning, I would not consider them appropriate for end-of-tenancy cleaning.
