Mary came to clean my 3-bedroom apartment on 14 January 2023, she did an incomplete cleaning job. She worked between 11am and 2pm but didn't get much of the work done. I paid her the full amount she billed me. She has the keys to my apartment and promised to come back the following Monday to come and finish up. She never showed up on Monday. The keys to my apartment are still with her. She promised on Wednesday 18 January 2023 to return the keys but as I am typing this review comment, she is yet to do so. She does not pick phone calls and she will never return a missed call. I have never seen such an unprofessional behaviour before.

They were very thorough and did everything I asked them to do. It was to be a one-off clean but I'm now having them every 2 weeks to keep on top of things!
