Description
Westmoor Health & Care is appointing a Registered Nurse to join a well-established clinical team in south London.
You will assess residents' needs, plan and deliver evidence-based care, administer medicines safely, maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers. You will work closely with care colleagues, families and visiting professionals while promoting dignity, independence and informed choice.
A current UK NMC registration is essential. We are looking for sound clinical judgement, strong communication and a consistent approach to safeguarding and infection prevention. Experience in older-person care is helpful, although a structured preceptorship is available.
