With over five years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, I have had the opportunity to support individuals from various backgrounds, assisting with a wide range of health conditions, including dementia, autism, spinal injuries, brain trauma, clinical depression and other mental health challenges. Additionally, I have contributed to personal assistance roles, where I provided support with administrative tasks, professional reports, appointments, personal shopping, household management, filing, travel organisation and other essential lifestyle activities.

I have been fortunate to receive feedback from clients and colleagues who describe me as a natural problem solver, kind, creative, a great cook and a fun, and engaging conversationalist on diverse topics.

In addition to my caregiving capabilities, I have a genuine appreciation for pets, nature, personal wellness, psychology and interior design.

I hold a full British driving license and have my own car for commuting to work purposes. Although I am based in Bedford, I am open to traveling longer distances for live-in work arrangements.
