Passenger Door & Locking: There is minor cosmetic damage on the passenger door frame from a previous break-in attempt. Because of this, there is a buzzing noise from the passenger side door when using the central locking. The door locks and unlocks completely safely.

Startup/AC Squeak: There is a brief squeak/screaming noise that lasts for a few seconds when the engine is first started from cold, and a similar brief noise when the air conditioning is turned on. This is probably just a loose auxiliary drive belt (fan belt) slipping under sudden load—a very common, cheap, and easy fix for any garage.

Oil Pan: A minor oil seep around the oil pan area was noted during a recent MOT inspection (not serious enough to be listed as an official MOT advisory). It does not leave marks on the driveway and does not affect how the car drives.

Fuel Flap: The internal fuel flap opener mechanism has popped out of its plastic housing. It is currently taped neatly into position and still opens and closes perfectly as intended.

Summary:
This is a brilliant, honest little car that just needs its routine annual oil service to be completely perfect. It has been priced lower than equivalent market value to give the new owner plenty of room to sort these minor bits if they wish.
