Experienced SEN Nanny | Psychology Graduate | EYFS & SEND Support

Hello, I'm Beth, an experienced nanny and SEN Learning Support Assistant based in Hertfordshire.

I hold a First Class BSc in Psychology with Child Development, a Paediatric First Aid certificate, Enhanced DBS and have three years of nanny experience alongside supporting children with Special Educational Needs in primary schools.

I have experience supporting children with autism (ASD), ADHD, GDD, SEMH and FASD, using a calm, patient and relationship-based approach. I enjoy creating predictable routines while following each child's interests to build confidence, communication and independence. I use strategies such as visual aids, sensory play, co-regulation and basic makaton to help children feel safe and understood.

As a nanny, I provide engaging, child-led activities including outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, sensory play, baking, reading and imaginative play, all tailored to your child's individual needs and stage of development.

I believe every child deserves to feel accepted, capable and celebrated for who they are. I work closely with parents to ensure consistency and open communication, creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Available for a full-time SEN nanny position (Tuesday to Friday) across Hertfordshire and North/North East London, and ad-hoc summer holiday support.
