Description
25 Stories brings co-founders Michael 'Mikey J' Asante MBE and Kenrick 'H2O' Sandy MBE together with acclaimed poet and playwright Inua Ellams (Barber Shop Chronicles, Doctor Who) to transform 25 years of memories into a striking show of sound, word, and movement.
Drawn from voice notes, letters, films, and raw conversations contributed by generations of Boy Blue dancers and alumni, 25 Stories turns real lived experiences into a high-octane stage memoir. Built through an intimate call-and-response process, Ellams' poetry fuels Asante's new score and Sandy's iconic choreography - bringing the collective story back to full circle.
