It was genuinely bought for a charity bike ride and then put into storage and was never ridden again, so it's in immaculate condition and everything works as it should. You are pretty much buying a brand new bike!
It's a Small 16 inch lightweight aluminium frame which would be suitable for someone 5ft 1 - 5ft 7 as a guide.
