Specialized s-works rolling chassis

Specialized S-Works Carbon Rolling Chassis; Ultralight 26" XC
Selling my son's Specialized S-Works carbon hardtail rolling chassis. A genuine S-Works frame in the classic black/red featherweight at around 1kg set up as a rolling chassis ready to build into a proper fast XC machine.

This would make a fantastic light XC bike for a younger/smaller rider, roughly 12–15 years old who wants something seriously light and quick. My son has moved over to enduro, so it's time to pass this on.

What's included:

Specialized S-Works carbon frame (~1kg), approx 2013/14 model
Fox Racing Shox fork (good for lighter riders but no longer locks out)
Mavic Crossmax SX wheelset (true)
Maxxis tyres (some tread but needing replaced)
Disc rotors fitted
26" wheels
1x chain guide
PF30(?) BB with adaptor (had turbine cranks in)

11sd cassete will be removed

Frame has been ridden and is honestly described; a few small chips here and there, but nothing structural. Carbon is sound throughout and it's been well looked after.

Just add a groupset, brakes, bars and seatpost and you've got a flyweight build. I also have some of the parts I removed and would be happy to bundle them in though I appreciate most buyers will have their own kit they want to fit, or be building it up to spec for a kid who likes to ride fast.
