Hi! I’m Usma - a mortgage advisor with a real passion for helping people make sense of the mortgage world. With 7 years of experience in the property industry (including 4 years in estate agency and 3 years as a mortgage advisor), I’ve seen it all—from nervous first-time buyers to busy business owners juggling complex finances.



I specialise in helping people who don’t fit the “typical” borrower profile. Whether you’re self-employed, have a unique income setup, or are buying a high-value property, I’ll find a solution that actually works for you. I work with a wide range of lenders, including specialists and private banks, so I can tailor advice to fit your circumstances—not the other way around.
