TP link Powerline av 500/600. Let's you have ethernet connections anywhere in the house where you have a power socket. Work together fine, but the maximum speed is only about 100mpbs as it's not a modern model. 2 ethernet cables included.
Nothing wrong with it my WiFi router is just better than using it to be honest! But may help for situations where your WiFi is terrible. Will be reset so you'll need the manual, can be found here: https://www.manua.ls/tp-link/av500/manual.
