1. Product Eligibility:
The item must be identical in size, color, specifications, and model to the competitor’s product.
It must be in stock at the time you request the price match.
2. Price Comparison Requirements:
The competitor’s price must include delivery charges. Coupon discount, clearance or special offers are not included.
For certain products (mobility scooters, riser recliner chairs, electric adjustable beds, orthopedic high-seat chairs), assembly costs must also be included.
3. Competitor Requirements:
The competitor must be a UK-based retailer.
They must have physical retail showroom premises open to the public.
They must operate a customer service desk Monday to Saturday, 9 am–5 pm.
