Premium Platinum Ultimate Single-Rail Curved Stairlift, professionally installed new on 28 April 2026 at a cost of £5,700.

The stairlift has had exceptionally light use, being used for only approximately six weeks before it was no longer required. It remains in pristine, showroom condition and is fully operational.

The stairlift has remained continuously connected to mains power in accordance with normal charging requirements.

The 2-way Active Power Swivel is configured for downward-facing travel, which was required because of the narrow staircase layout.

Remaining manufacturer's warranty:
The supplier has confirmed that the manufacturer's warranty is attached to the product rather than the original owner, and can therefore be transferred to a new owner subject to the manufacturer's requirements.

The warranty is currently registered with Mills Mobility Ltd.
Important: Mills Mobility Ltd has advised that the new owner would need to be geographically close enough to their service area for them to provide support under the warranty. Prospective buyers should therefore confirm their location and the applicable support arrangements with Mills Mobility before purchasing.
The stairlift will also need to be serviced within the required period to comply with the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.
If reinstalled at another property, the warranty position may change, including the labour element, as the original labour warranty relates to the supplier's own installation.

Viewing and demonstration:
The stairlift is currently installed and fully operational, so genuine prospective buyers are welcome to view it and see it working through the complete staircase and landing configuration.
I also have a working video showing the stairlift operating through the full staircase and landing, including the swivel mechanism, which can be provided to interested buyers.
The original invoice is available to verify the purchase date, specification and original £5,700 purchase price.

Moving to another property
This is a bespoke curved stairlift, and the existing rail was manufactured/configured for the staircase on which it is currently installed.
The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for any removal and installation required. This should be undertaken by a Platinum-approved engineer, particularly if the manufacturer's warranty is to be maintained.
The supplier has confirmed that they can supply a new rail to a buyer if required and can also offer installation at the buyer's new property at a separately quoted price.
This provides the option of having the existing stairlift carriage/equipment professionally fitted to a new rail designed for the buyer's staircase, subject to the supplier's assessment and quotation.
Buyers should discuss their requirements, staircase configuration and warranty arrangements directly with the supplier before purchase.
